That's one way to get started. Actually up until three days ago I wasn't all that certain what exacty a blog was/is so after a bit of conversation with my wife, who apparently knows more about the world we live in than I do, I decided that the only way to truly find out what one can do with one of these things is to jump in and do it.
Well for better or worse in sickness or in health, come rain or shine, sleet, snow and in the dead of night...Away we go.

Hello. My wife and I bought our house about 6 months ago. It was a foreclosure and we were able to get a great deal on it. We also took advantage of the 8K tax credit so that definitely helped. We did an extensive remodeling job and now I want to refinance to cut the term to a 20 or 15 year loan. Does anyone know any good sites for mortgage information? Thanks!
