Me being me, NYD.

First, I have to thank K-9!
I know the thanks is a little late, but I just wanted you to know just how much your CD cover and words meant to me.

"When I visualize your world I always see the blade runner world.I figure you're
out eating noodles in the rain lit by neon. No? A Shinto temple in the snow? A
zen garden in an oasis of green within a bustling city? Well they all work for
me. Merry Christmas friend!!
"

Of course I am way more rugged and handsome than Harrison Ford. I just wish I had picked a better picture of myself to post that week.

I find it strange that someone so far away can see the best side of my world; almost as I see it. How is it that this strange medium for expression and communication allows folks who have never met to really learn about each other through the words and pictures they post.

Even when we use pseudonyms we are revealing more about ourselves than we realize. We share our triumphs over sickness and our disgust of injustice. We let others know just how beautiful life can be through words and art. We reveal our special hideaways, places where solitude gives us the energy to move forward again. Our jokes and wit not only provide much needed laughter; they also give us insight into how silly the serious can be. All of the memes, pic-posts and poetry give us a chance to reveal how we envision the world around us. I like that 'cause it gives me a chance to see just how oddly connected our worlds are.

If I count all the blogs I run; dormant, dead and ticking. I have posted more than six hundred and fifty bits and pieces of myself. I can't wait to see what you guys put out on your blogs in 2009.
Once again, Rotty, baby. Thanks!
Have a happy New Moo Year!!!!

You tell him! Or sick Black Bart on him.

I thought that was an amazing CD. And you look WAY BETTER than whathisname. But Blade Runner is one of my all time favorites.

Sorry I haven't given your comment the answer it merits. I will.

NME~ Thanks for dropping by. I can get kinda riled up when it comes to politics so I try to behave myself and controll my temper. I hope I didn't act inappropriately.

Allan~ Thanks, buddy. All the best to you as well in the upcoming year.

Megan~ Let's gather our energy into in giant gestalt of bloggy funness! Did that make any sense at all?

Lime~ It's amazing, yes. It's amazing because, good or bad, collectively we make it so. Just like everything else in this wacky, wonderful world!

An excellent summary of what blogging is - or, can be.

Okay. Thy will be done.

So instead I'll go with an uncanny vibe that evokes fond memories of Dee-Lite's "Groove is in the Heart" video.

Oh, not at all. I get the same way. I see you as my blogging friend and while we may see things differently, I always want you to know that I value and care about what you think. I wrote about a hot topic.

Things I do.

It's been said, By John Donne (and I'm sure that we could include the women folk in this phrase) that; "No man is an island&quo...
