Feelin Allright...

I'm starting to get nervous.

Life is so good right now that I'm starting to suspect that something awful is right around the corner.

Does that ever happen to you?
What is in the world these days that we find it hard to simply accept happiness.

I am trying to find a way to be realistic in my approach to life yet I still believe that things were meant to be better than the way they are. The world, it seems, is in an ever spiraling vortex of violence, poverty and inequality. I'm not going to offer an explination nor a solution for it. The answer is far beyond my powers of understanding.

Now, I don't believe that there is only one answer that clarifies what we see going on and I don't think that this madness is unstoppable. At some point, we as caretakers are going to have to become responsible for the stewardship of our world.

When I remember my youth and the all the adventures I had without adult supervision, I find it pitiful that children today cannot play in a park without the threat of physical violence hanging over them. I realize that such things did occur when I was a kid, but it wasn't as prevalent as it feels today.

There have always been wars. The human animal dosen't seem to be able to eradicate the need to dominate over others of it's own kind as well as other species. But what if we just spent less money and effort on destruction and more on saving peoples lives. It's not good business, but it makes good sense.
It's hot out there, people. Try to stay cool.

I think it's wonderful that you are AWARE that things are good- this means you are awake (spiritually/emotionally).

I think there are seasons in everything- and what we see in nature is a good indicator of what we'll find in our relationships, and in our work. Even in winter, when it looks like most everything is dead- it's just sleeping- Spring will come again.

However, if we fail to notice and appreciate the spring- it's all the worse for us when a harsh winter rolls around. The older I get the more important gratitude is to me.
Wonderful post NYD~

Don't buy into Murphy's Law NYD...instead keep on working with the universal law of attraction...you are open now to the wonderful gifts that a positive life have in store for you. Continue being thankful and the good stuff will keep on coming.

Glad life is treating you well my friend.
